You are requested to read these Terms & Conditions carefully before proceeding to access or to use the Services and Applications referred herein. Your use of the Services and Applications amounts to your understanding and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.


Definitions
  • The Platform: refers to our website and our mobile applications and they may be used interchangeably.
  • Mobile Top-up, Top-up, International Airtime Top-up (IAT), Airtime Transfer, Transfer: refer to prepaid airtime for use on the recipient's telecom network only according to the operator's Terms of use for the product.
  • Bill Payment: refers to the settlement of or partial payment towards post-paid mobile service, broadband internet service or fixed/landline telephone service bills.
  • Remittance: refers to money transfer services to supported destination countries.
  • Auto Top-up: refers to our subscription-based, recurring Top-up Service for which you have to opt-in. Auto Top-ups are automatically renewed unless discontinued by the subscriber.
  • Bundles: refer to bundled top up values for Data, SMS, and Voice packages. These bundles can refer to a single product or a combination of any of these products.

  • What these terms cover: These terms and conditions, along with the terms of use and Privacy Policy of our Website, govern how you may access and use our Website.
  • Use of the Services: By accessing, registering, and using the Services, you agree to be bound by the Terms. If you do not wish to be bound by the Terms, do not access, register with or use the Services. These Terms are effective from the date on which you first access, register, or use the Services.
  • How to contact us: You can contact us by writing to us at the email address provided in the app or through the direct chat system on the website or the mobile apps.
  • How we may contact you: If we have to contact you, we will do so by telephone or by writing to you at the email address you provide us in your order.

1. Our contract with you

a. How we accept your Request. Our acceptance of your Request will take place once you have successfully submitted your Request to us and we accept it, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us.

b. Providing the Services. Subject to these Terms, we agree to provide the Services to you using reasonable care and skill.

c. Availability of the Services. You acknowledge that the Services may not be available, in whole or in part, at certain times, for technical or non-technical reasons.

d. When we will process your Transfer. We will use reasonable endeavours to process your Transfer request within a reasonable time after accepting your Request. However, any Transfer may be delayed or cancelled for reasons such as:

  • Our efforts to verify your identity
  • Usage restrictions imposed by the telecom operator
  • Service provider network downtime
  • Validation of the information you provide
  • Our efforts to contact you

e. Processing Transfers. We are not obliged to process any particular Transfer. When you submit a Request, you are requesting that we process the Transfer on your behalf. We may, at our sole discretion, choose whether or not to accept it. If we decline, we will notify you and refund any payment made.

f. Processing times. Delivery times quoted on our Website are representative for the 'normal' service and are not guaranteed.


2. Your obligations

a. Use of the Services. You agree that you will not access, use or attempt to use the Services:

  • unless you are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent), and
  • not in violation of our Acceptable Use Policy.

Registration. When you register, you agree to:

  • Provide true, accurate, current, and complete information at all times.
  • Update your information promptly when it changes.
  • Provide valid identification documents upon request.
  • Not create more than one account without prior approval.
  • Keep your account secure and not share access with others.
  • Not use anonymising proxies or similar tools.

Information accuracy. You are responsible for ensuring all Request details are correct before submission. Once submitted, requests usually cannot be changed.

Acting only on your own behalf. You and the Recipient agree to act on your own behalf, not for third parties, unless you notify us and we approve.

These terms are not advice. Nothing in these Terms should be interpreted as legal or other advice.


3. Our right to refuse, suspend or cancel

We may refuse or cancel a Request or Transfer for reasons including:

  • Suspected illegal, fraudulent, or unethical activity.
  • Involvement with restricted individuals or entities.
  • Legal or regulatory requirements.
  • Inability to verify your identity.

We may also suspend or terminate your account if there is a breach of these Terms.


4. Your right to cancel
  • No automatic right to cancel: Once processed, a Request cannot usually be revoked.
  • Attempted cancellation: We may attempt to cancel upon your request, but cannot guarantee success.
  • Refunds: If successful, refunds are processed within 7 business days.
  • Incorrect or unauthorised Transfers: Contact us immediately via the support channels in the app.
  • Incorrect information: If a Transfer is executed according to incorrect instructions you provided, we are not liable.
  • Our fault: If we execute a Transfer incorrectly, we will refund the full amount within 14 business days.

5. Services
  • Availability: Services are available in the countries listed in the app.
  • Service suspension: We may suspend services for technical or operational reasons, with reasonable notice.

6. Price and payments
  • Price display: Prices (including VAT and any fees) are shown on the confirmation page.
  • Payment methods: Accepted payment methods are shown in the app. Payment is required in advance.
  • Fees: Subject to change, with notice provided when possible.

7. Collection of information
  • Customer identification: We may require personal identifying information to comply with laws.
  • Authorisation to verify: By accepting these Terms, you authorise us to make necessary inquiries.
  • Use of data: Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

8. Intellectual property rights
  • All IP rights in the Website, Apps, and Services belong to us or third parties.
  • You have no IP rights other than those necessary to use the Services as permitted.

9. Our responsibility for loss or damage
  • Foreseeable loss: We are liable only for foreseeable losses caused by our breach or negligence.
  • Legal limits: We do not exclude liability for death, injury, or fraud.
  • Business use: Services are for private use only; no liability for business losses.
  • External factors: We are not responsible for delays caused by internet or telecom failures.
  • Account responsibility: You are responsible for all activity under your account.

10. Auto Top-up

By subscribing, you authorise us to automatically charge your payment method for recurring top-ups.

  • If payment fails, the subscription may be suspended or cancelled.
  • You may cancel anytime before the next cycle.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
  • Contact support via the app for assistance.

11. Submitting a Request
  • Recipient's details: You are responsible for accuracy.
  • Cost: Varies by amount and is shown before confirmation.
  • Confirmation: Both Sender and Recipient receive notification via email/SMS upon success.
  • Irreversible: Once sent, completed transactions cannot be refunded.
  • Limitations: Restrictions may apply to frequency or total amount per account.

12. General
  • Transfer of agreement: We may transfer our rights and obligations to another organisation.
  • Your transfer: You may not transfer your rights without our written consent.
  • Third-party rights: No other person has rights under this contract.
  • Severability: If a clause is found illegal, the rest remain in force.
  • Delays in enforcement: A delay in enforcement does not waive our rights.
  • Governing law: These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operator is registered.
